Sit down with some old crayons or colored pencils and a blank piece of paper. Without necessarily planning what you are going to create, go with your instincts or 'intuition' an observe yourself putting colors or making marks on the paper. Give yourself the freedom to allow the art to change with every moment, free from your own inner 'critic-ism' or that of others. Arm yourself with a nice quiver of positive affirmations. You might even include the affirmations on the artwork. Go gently and slowly with joy in your heart like a young child free from 'self-conscious' or 'self- imposed' limitations such as "I can't paint" or "What are they going to think of that?! "
