Carvings in stone at many of the great 'power centers' of this world, including these at the "Lost City" of Angkor Wat in Cambodia, preserve the age old understanding of Sacred Geometry. Somewhere along the way European 'archaeologists' and 'historians' gave us the idea that the ancient peoples of Central America and the Far East were 'ignorant' and 'barbaric'. The Catholic Church went so far as to attribute the incredibly precise and intricate stone carvings of many ancient peoples as the 'work of the devil'. I find it amusing only after having spent four years at a university being taught by people whose limited scope is a direct result of these unfounded biases and prejudices.
