This photograph was taken by Mekael Volimte while on Bwama Island in the western region of Uganda, Africa. Look closely - this old soul, who is wearing her Salvation Army dress, is also taking care of one of her little sisters. Their mother is in the background hand-weaving papyrus into some of the sturdiest hats I had ever seen.
